I love Starbuck's coffee guerra: if you have kids then put it as a goal to be able to stick around for your kids if not for yourself, if you don't have kids then make it a goal to stick around for your wife. as far as the coffee goes drink two cups less then what you normally do for a week then then three then four depanding on how much you drimk untill your down to one or two cups a day. the same can go for smoking, only do it by cigg's or by pack like i said depaneds on hwo much you smoke.  06/04/2010 06:13 gwor_fum: we worked out that we spend $4680 per year on smoking 6 packs a week.
