Nearly ALL of the time, a drugstore brand does just as well, if not better, than the pricey department store brands. Look at what works with your skin tone/type and hair color and stick with it. Nothing but lipstick truly needs to be changed based on an outfit. I will pick out an item, check the price in the store I found it in then go online and look to see if I can find it cheaper before I spend anything on it.
