I used to smoke also, so i know how hard it is to quit (and how much money you spend..) . i hope the next tip will be useful... it took me a long time to understand that if i want to quit smoking i have to understand why i am smoking - what exactly is giving me the urge to smoke. I am guessing that everyone have a different reason to smoke. I've found out the main reason i was smoking is (and i know it's stupid) that it makes me feel cool.
